Aerospace Engineering Repair & Manufacturing

The Aerospace business provides engineering, repair and manufacturing services to corporate aircraft operators across the U.S.
The Company contracts with the DOD to provide major modification solutions for advanced military aircraft.
It holds multiple DOD and FAA licenses which include a DOD “Secret” facility clearance, Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) and a FAA Repair Station Authority.

Ultra-High-Technology Materials Manufacturing

The Materials business utilizes a proprietary production process to produce high-tech materials for the U.S. DOD.
The technology is based on 30+ years of R&D and is primarily used by NASA.
The company is the sole provider of these materials and has signed an exclusive contract with the DOD.
The near-term objective is to develop a large-scale manufacturing facility in order to ramp up production.
